For questions, Mellanie Teed is our contact.
For those that come on Friday, check in is at 3:00pm
Also, the pools at the hotel will not be available during our stay at the hotel. The outdoor pool closes on Labor Day and the indoor pool is malfunctioning, and they can't guarantee when it will be repaired. Apparently its a major mechanical part that involves a lot of construction work.

Saturday Morning Options Worth Investigating
Helen's March Update:
No Thyme to Cook has scheduled a wedding event for Saturday, September 17. However, for those arriving early on Friday, September 16, you may be interested in getting to know the island.
NTTC is offering a “Culinary Quest” beginning at 11:00 a.m. that day and costing $50.00. You will use clues from your smart phone to gather ingredients. Eventually, you’ll end up at a location with an available bar for your lunch.
The event’s manager predicts this will be popular.
If you are interested, you may want to commit now.

Another thing worth noting. Annmarie Gardens lists Artsfest on their events calendar for 9/17 and 9/18, and that draws a huge crowd from within and outside the area because art aficionados come to peruse and acquire local and national art and crafts. Many of the garden sculptures are on loan from the Hirshhorn as well. AG is literally down the street from hotel. Although the food trucks at AG for the event offer an interesting variety, the Ruddy Duck, the restaurant and brewery in front of hotel will be slammed, I'm sure.
